Shagrin's Hotel located in Swan Lake NY 

Later known as the "Villa Regina "

This hotel was located in Swan Lake NY on the land that now is home to Toras Chesed Learning Center. It is on the corner of Airport Rd and Rt55 in Town of Bethel.. it was sold by Mr. Lou Shagrin to Mr. Rocco Regina ad became the Villa Regina.For some time it had a bakery on site that sold bread locally to stores..
